# src appsec defect comment edit

Replace the text of a comment you wrote.

The uuid is the one 'src appsec defect comment <id>' lists. Editing someone
else's comment is rejected; a deleted comment reads as not found.

## Usage

`src appsec defect comment edit <activity-uuid> --body <text> [flags]`

### Examples

**Reword a comment**

`src appsec defect comment edit 01a042a5-b9f1-7bdc-83b5-40c771beaf2b --body "confirmed, fixing"`

### Flags
