# Deleting an account and personal organization in SourceCraft

To delete an account and [personal organization](https://sourcecraft.dev/portal/docs/en/sourcecraft/concepts/index.md#org) in SourceCraft, create a support ticket:

1. Open the SourceCraft [home page](https://sourcecraft.dev).
1. In the bottom-left corner, click ![image](../../_assets/console-icons/bug.svg) **Contact us**.
1. In the window that opens, specify the following:
    * Request type: `Question`.
    * Subject, e.g., `Deleting an account and personal organization`.
    * Free-form text of your request.
    * Request visibility: `Private` for the case to be visible only to you and the SourceCraft team.
1. Click **Create request**.

If you delete a personal organization from SourceCraft, it will also be deleted from Yandex Cloud.

Deleting an account from SourceCraft does not affect the Yandex ID account.
