Requesting personal data processing info and SourceCraft audit logs

You can request SourceCraft for a copy of your personal data processed on the platform, confirmation of the fact of processing, and info on the purposes thereof.

You can also get audit logs for the organizations you are the owner of.

To request personal data processing info or audit logs:

1. Open the SourceCraft home page.

2. In the bottom-left corner, click Contact us.

3. In the window that opens, specify the following:

   • Request type: Question.
   • Subject, e.g., Request for personal data processing info or Request for audit logs.
   • Free-form text of your request.
   • Request visibility: Private for the case to be visible only to you and the SourceCraft team.

4. Click Create request.

   Warning

   You may be asked to confirm your identity for identification and correct presentation of your personal data info.

   If you request or share your personal data or other confidential information, make sure to set the ticket visibility to private.
