Managing user roles in a SourceCraft project
Note
To assign or delete user roles in a project, you need the Project maintainer role or higher at the project or organization level.
Roles assigned to a user in a project apply to all repositories in the project.
Adding a user to a project

Open the SourceCraft home page.

On the
Home tab, navigate to Organizations and select an organization. -
In the
Your craftspace section, navigate to Projects. -
To the right of the project, click
and go to Members & roles. -
In the top-right corner, click
Add member. -
Select a user and their role in the project.
Warning
You can add to the project only users who are members of the organization.

Click Add.
Updating a user role in a project
- Open the SourceCraft home page.
- On the
Home tab, navigate to Organizations and select an organization. - In the
Your craftspace section, navigate to Projects. - To the right of the project, click
and go to Members & roles. - Hover over the user role and click
. - Select the relevant roles and click Apply.
Removing a user from a project
- Open the SourceCraft home page.
- On the
Home tab, navigate to Organizations and select an organization. - In the
Your craftspace section, navigate to Projects. - To the right of the project, click
and go to Members & roles. - Click
to the right of the user you want to delete and select Delete. - Confirm the deletion.
The user will remain a member of the organization but will lose all access granted by roles in the project.
