Creating a case in SourceCraft

You can contact SourceCraft using a special form to ask a question, make a suggestion, report an error or abuse. All cases are saved as issues in the SourceCraft public repository. Before creating a case, check the existing issues; you may find the answer you are looking for.

You can also join the SourceCraft chat in Telegram.

To create a case:

  1. Open the SourceCraft home page.

  2. In the bottom-left corner, click Contact us.

  3. In the window that opens, specify the following:

    • Case type:

      • Question
      • Bug
      • Suggest an improvement
    • Case subject.

    • Case text.

In the visual editor, you can attach your local files, format text, and use the Markdown markup language.

To attach a screenshot of your current browser tab (without the case creation window), enable the Add screenshot option.

    • Case visibility:

      • Public: Your case will be available to all users.

      • Private: Your case will be available only to you and the SourceCraft team.

You can only make abuse reports privately.
