SourceCraft logo, icon, and badge user guidelines

These rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) govern the non-commercial use of the SourceCraft logo, icon, and badge, published in the SourceCraft branding document (hereinafter referred to as the Guide), the copyright holder of which is YANDEX LLC (hereinafter referred to as Yandex).

1. The logo, icon and/or badge can be used by any person on their website or mobile application, as long as it does not go against these Rules and the Guide. To use the logo, icon, and/or badge in a manner not permitted by these Rules, you must get a written permission from Yandex by submitting a request to legal@sourcecraft.dev.
2. Do not distort the logo, icon and/or badge, their proportions or color palette, or the proportions or color palette of any of their parts. Do not use the logo, icon and/or badge or any of their parts as a part of another logo, icon, badge, trademark, trade name, slogan, etc.
3. Do not place the logo, icon and/or badge so as to create the false impression that there is a connection between Yandex and another company (or individual), or their products, services or events.
4. You may not place the logo, icon, and/or badge on a website or mobile application violating the law, including (but not limited to) the following: contains false information about Yandex, its products, or services; contains content infringing on intellectual property rights or causing damage to Yandex's reputation, assets, or image; fails to comply with Yandex's principles.
5. Yandex reserves the right change these Rules. The changes will affect everyone who uses the logo, icon, and/or badge according to these Rules. The current version of the Rules is available at https://sourcecraft.dev/portal/docs/en/sourcecraft/brandbook/terms.
6. If the logo, icon, and/or badge are used in any way not permitted by these Rules, Yandex reserves the right to protect its legitimate interests with the help of law enforcement agencies or in court.
