Rules of the "SourceCraft Referral Program" promotion (hereinafter, the "Rules")
1. General information. Promotion Organizer
1.1. Promotion: The SourceCraft Referral Program promotion conducted by the Promotion Organizer under the terms set out in this document and published online at https://sourcecraft.dev/portal/docs/en/sourcecraft/referral-program.
Promotion Organizer: Yandex.Cloud LLC, located at Office 528, Lva Tolstogo St. 16, Moscow, Russia, 119021.
Promotion Period: From 15:00 on September 10, 2026 until a special notice announcing the end of the Promotion is published, inclusive.
Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in the Russian Federation unless otherwise communicated to Promotion Participants during the Promotion Period.
Promotion Participant: A legally capable individual aged 18 (eighteen) or over who is a citizen of the Russian Federation, is a customer of the Promotion Organizer, and meets the following conditions:
- The Promotion Participant has entered into an agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud Platform services.
- The Promotion Participant has no overdue payments under their agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud Platform services.
Service: The SourceCraft service (including its additional features, Code Assistant and Vibecraft), available at https://sourcecraft.dev/.
Prospective User: Any legally capable individual aged 18 (eighteen) or over who is a citizen of the Russian Federation, has no active agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud Platform services during the Promotion Period, and has had no such agreement in the one year (365 calendar days) preceding the date they follow the Referral Link.
Referred User: A Prospective User who has registered with the Service using a Referral Link (such registration requires first entering into an agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud Platform services) and subsequently completed the Qualifying Action.
Yandex Cloud Platform: A hardware and software platform consisting of technical and software resources hosted on Yandex infrastructure, enabling the use of Services and other Platform features, and available at https://yandex.cloud.
Referral Link: A unique identifier (hyperlink) assigned individually to each Promotion Participant in their personal account after they register with the Service, used to track successfully Referred Users.
Qualifying Action: A mandatory condition for participation in the Promotion that a Prospective User must meet by creating their first repository in the Service within 30 days of registering with the Service.
1.2. All times in these Promotion Rules are Moscow time.
1.3. The Promotion is a marketing promotion, is not a lottery, involves no element of risk, and is conducted in accordance with these Promotion Rules.
2. Rules for participation in the Promotion
2.1. To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must send a Referral Link to a Prospective User during the Promotion Period by any means other than resources prohibited in the Russian Federation (including websites or resources of organizations designated as extremist or terrorist in the Russian Federation).
2.2. The Prospective User must complete the actions required to attain Referred User status.
2.3. The Promotion Participant and/or Referred User will receive a prize for that user's successful fulfillment of the conditions for attaining Referred User status, in accordance with Section 3 of these Rules (hereinafter, the "Prize"). The Organizer may award the Prize under the Promotion solely to the Referred User.
2.4. A Promotion Participant may not invite themselves to participate in the Promotion as a Prospective User.
2.5. No Prize will be awarded if the Referral Link is sent to the Prospective User after the end date of the Promotion Period.
3. Procedure and conditions for awarding the Prize
3.1. The Promotion Organizer awards a Prize of 1,000 neurocredits to the Participant and/or Referred User who complete all the actions specified in Section 2 of the Rules.
3.2. Prizes are awarded by crediting neurocredits to a special balance in the Service.
3.3. The Promotion Organizer and/or Referred User may receive an additional Prize.
3.3.1. To receive an additional Prize, the Referred User must switch to a paid plan for the Service. If the first successful payment is made within 30 days of the Referred User's registration with the Service, the additional Prize will amount to 1,000 neurocredits. A trial period does not count as payment.
The additional Prize is awarded only once.
3.4. The maximum Prize (including the additional Prize) per Referred User may not exceed 2,000 neurocredits.
3.5. The Participant's personal data provided to the Promotion Organizer and Yandex LLC to enable participation in the Promotion is processed by the Promotion Organizer and Yandex LLC in accordance with these Rules and the terms of the Privacy Policy at https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/en/.
4. Final provisions
4.1. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Rules, at any time. Information on the suspension or termination of the Promotion or changes to the Promotion Rules will be published at the link specified in Section 1 of these Rules.
4.2. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to the Promotion Rules.
4.3. To prevent abuse related to participation in the Promotion, the Organizer may use various methods to verify that the Participant meets the requirements specified in the Rules and complies with the Rules, and may prohibit any person who has committed such abuse from further participation in the Promotion.
