"SourceCraft Referral Program" promotion rules (the "Rules")

1. General information. Promotion Organizer

1.1. Promotion means this promotion titled "SourceCraft Referral Program" implemented by the Promotion Organizer on the terms set forth in this document and published on the internet at: https://sourcecraft.dev/portal/docs/en/sourcecraft/referral-program.

Promotion Organizer means Yandex.Cloud LLC with business address: 119021 Moscow, Russia, Lva Tolstogo St. 16, Office 528.

Promotion Period: From 15:00 on September 10, 2026 up to and including the publication date of the special notice of the end of the Promotion.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in the Russian Federation unless otherwise communicated to the Promotion Participants during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Participant means a legally capable adult, at least 18 years of age, who is a citizen of the Russian Federation and a client of the Promotion Organizer who meets the following criteria:

• The Promotion Participant has entered into the agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud services.
• The Promotion Participant has no overdue payments under the agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud services.

Service means SourceCraft/SourceCraft (including its add-ons Code Assistant and Vibecraft) available at https://sourcecraft.dev.

Eligible User means any legally capable adult, at least 18 years of age, who is a citizen of the Russian Federation, has no valid agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud services at the time of the Promotion Period, and has had no such agreement for one year (365 calendar days) prior to using the Referral Link.

Invitee means an Eligible User who has signed up to the Service via a Referral Link (such a registration assumes a prior agreement for the use of Yandex Cloud services) and completed the Target Action after that.

Yandex Cloud is a software-and-hardware platform comprised of hardware and software tools hosted on the Yandex infrastructure that enables the use of the Services and other features of the Platform, available at: https://yandex.cloud.

Referral Link means a unique ID (hyperlink) assigned to each Promotion Participant personally in their profile after they sign up to the Service for the purpose of keeping record of the Invitees.

Target Action means the precondition an Eligible User has to fulfill to participate in the Promotion by creating the user's first Service repository within 30 days of signing up to the Service.

1.2. These Promotion Rules use Moscow time.

1.3. The Promotion is a marketing action; it is not a lottery, has no risk factors involved, and is conducted in accordance with these Promotion Rules.

2. Participation rules

2.1. To take part in the Promotion, the Participant must send a Referral Link to an Eligible User during the Promotion Period by any means other than via resources banned in Russia (including websites/resources of organizations listed as extremist or terrorist in Russia).

2.2. The Eligible User must perform the actions required to get the Invitee status.

2.3. The Promotion Participant and/or Invitee will get a prize if the Eligible User successfully fulfills the conditions to get the Invitee status as per Section 3 of these Promotion Rules (the "Prize"). The Promotion Organizer has the authority to issue a Prize as part of the Promotion only to the Invitee.

2.4. The Promotion Participant cannot be self-invited to participate in the Promotion as an Eligible User.

2.5. If a Referral Link is sent to an Eligible User after the Promotion Period end date, no Prize will be issued.

3. Prize awarding procedure and criteria

3.1. The Promotion Organizer issues the following Prize to the Promotion Participant and/or Invitee who has completed all the actions specified in Section 2 hereof: 1,000 neurocredits.

3.2. Prizes shall be in the form of neurocredits credited to the special balance in the Service.

3.3. The Participant and/or Invitee can get an additional Prize.

3.3.1. To get an additional Prize, the Invitee has to change to a paid plan within the Service. If the first successful payment is made within 30 days after the Invitee signs up to the Service, the additional Prize will amount to 1,000 neurocredits. The trial period shall not be treated as payment.
You can get an additional Prize only once.

3.4. The maximum size of the Prize (including the additional Prize) per Invitee shall not exceed 2,000 neurocredits.

3.5. Personal data of the Promotion Participant provided to the Promotion Organizer and Yandex LLC for the purposes of participation in the Promotion shall be processed by the Promotion Organizer and Yandex LLC in accordance with these Rules and as per the Privacy Policy https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential.

4. Final provisions

4.1. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion or modify these Rules unilaterally at any time. The information on suspension/termination of the Promotion or modification of its Rules shall be published at the link provided in Section 1 hereof.

4.2. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant absolutely and unconditionally consents to these Promotion Rules.

4.3. To prevent abuse related to participation in the Promotion, the Promotion Organizer has the right to employ various methods to make sure that the Promotion Participant meets the requirements detailed herein and follows the Rules and to disqualify the abuser from further participation in the Promotion.
